The tea leaves used for Tan Cuong Moc Cau by Trà Đại Gia are hand‑picked following the “one bud, two young leaves” principle from the fertile tea hills of Tan Cuong. The process of pan‑firing and scenting the tea is carried out meticulously by skilled tea artisans in Thai Nguyen.
